We implement structure design/circuit design based on product specifications, thereby realizing low-cost design (design where the equipment used in the company and affiliated factories and the manufacturing factories are taken into consideration). In addition, we have a lot of past achievements with products that are subjected to frequent specification changes and, therefore, we are capable of making versatile proposals.

Today, the customers’ needs are changing and become diversified every second. We are capable of dealing with high-mix small-lot production and quick delivery with environmentally friendly materials by fully utilizing our procurement network, which we have built up by robustly reflecting customers’ requirements.

We implement robust reception inspections and dimension inspections of parts and products that are manufactured by the affiliated factories. For those that have electrical characteristics, we implement tests and inspections with resistance meters, withstand voltage testers and dedicated jigs.
In the manufacturing process, the assembly is implemented after checking the parts by referring to assembly drawings. Thereafter, for products that require wiring, the wiring work will be implemented by crimping or soldering (lead-free soldering) based on the connection diagram. The niche of our company is manufacturing using manual procedures (hand-made) of products for which changes to design specifications are made frequently, which is unsuitable for integrated processing with machines.

In the final completion inspection process, the inspectors implement checks on appearance, dimensions and wiring. For those that have electrical characteristics, we implement check on illumination and operations with jigs, insulation resistance tests and withstand voltage tests before delivering them to the customers as quality products.

We work hard on cost management, which is the bottom line of production control. We are making perpetual pursuit of VE, or organizational efforts made on the functional research of products to ensure achievement of necessary functions with the minimum life cycle cost, based on the implementation of the intra-company VE suggestion scheme of the employee involvement type. We cover all factors in our niche including:
development/design costs; materials procurement/manufacturing costs; sales/management costs; and use/disposal costs.
